These terms and conditions effective as of May 10^th, 2024 and apply to any person using any part of the website www.lanternapm.com, including the associated blog.  The website, including the blog and all of its posts, will herein be referred to as “The Website”.  

By using The Website you understand and agree that you must abide by all of the following terms and conditions.

• Potential tenants searching for and inquiring about properties to rent
• Potential clients inquiring about information on the services that we offer
• As it relates to our blog and any of our blog entries, the general public reading blog posts that we have posted 
• Advertising our services to the general public

Any other use of The Website is prohibited, including use for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, or the use of any form of interference that damages The Website or interferes with its service. This includes but is not limited to the use of viruses, trojan horses, harmful codes, IP spoofing and any other harmful form of technology. 

The provision of any false or misleading information when using any method of contacting us available on The Website is prohibited.

The repositing, use or reuse of any information displayed in any place on The Website including but not limited to blog posts, text, photos, videos or floorplans within blog posts, listing descriptions, photos, videos, floorplans, logos and text is strictly prohibited unless permission has been granted in writing by a director of Lanterna Property Management Inc.

While we make every effort to provide accurate information on The Website, including the blog, Lanterna Property Management Inc does not guarantee the accuracy of any information visible or previously posted on The Website, including all forms of information posted within any blogpost.  Furthermore, it is understood that any piece of information posted may become out of date and may not apply to a current rental market or listing at the time it is being read or viewed.  This includes but is not limited to text, photos, videos, floorplans and any other piece of information visible or previously posted on The Website.  It is always the responsibility of the user to verify any information currently visible or previously posted on The Website prior to relying upon it to make any decision, to provide it as advice to others or to use it for any other purpose.  

Lanterna Property Management Inc and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of The Website, or from any decisions that were made as the result of using or reading The Website.  

By using The Website, and except where prohibited by law, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Lanterna Property Management Inc and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, lawsuits, judgements, litigation costs & legal fees, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties and any other related expense that arises as a result of the use of The Website, or of a violation of these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of May 10^th, 2024.
